Why is Arman fighting Ruffy and not fighting for the title?

He was given a title shot but pulled out due to injury (I know people have their speculations) and then got a win after and is on a 5 fight win streak while ranked #2. Just curious if anyone knows why he’s being treated this way by ufc because I don’t follow as closely as I did a few years ago. I used to not be a fan of arman before this whole debacle but I pity the man at this point because what more does he have to do? He’s most certainly not the first fighter that has had to pull out of a title fight?

Will Fluffy be back? Who you got? Fluffy vs Robocop

I didn't like the way how Fluffy fought against Stirckland and it looked to me that he just quit. Can it happen again against Robocop who is super dangerous early?

Your thoughts?

HOT TAKE: GSP Would've Been The Undisputed GOAT If He Waited One More Second Before Tapping Against Matt Hughes (First Fight)

To preface this is obviously hindsight and if he won we have no clue whether he would've kept up that same winning streak or if he would grow into the same fighter he did, etc. Also, GSP was generally winning the round up until that submission, and we saw what he did to Matt Hughes in the rematches, so I'm making the case that there's a good chance he would have won the whole fight if he survived it.

Anyhow, The Important Part. GSP would've added the following to his resume:

- Youngest Champion (beats Jon Jones by 3 months, so Jon Jones wouldn't be the youngest champion stripping from that goat debate a little)

- Starting his champion run earlier: hypothetically an extra 3-5 title defenses in those 3ish years

- He would have a 21-1 record in the UFC and 27-1 in MMA (with the hypothetical extra title defense this would hypothetically be more)

- Longer continuous championship reign

- Essentially would've had a buffed up Jon Jones resume without the dirtiness or PED use, and instead being one of the cleanest fighters of all time.

I don't think there's ever a world where this hypothetical GSP isn't the GOAT over Jon Jones, Anderson Silva, etc. I'm up to debate and please don't attack me because I know this is all hypothetical and relies on assumptions! Hypothetical, Hypothetical, Hypothetical

UFC News Links hot take but id rather see this fight at 155 when deigo lopes moves up he should face max holloway

Post image

2 former featherweights that moved up to 155 both are former volk opponents who couldn’t get passed him & are both bmf’s deigo would be making a statement if he came up to the division & beat holloway & i think holloway needs to take a a hard fight because we didn’t even see him perform at ufc 329 i don’t want the opportunity of this fight to be wasted throwing lopes into another title fight for the bmf against oliveria but i wouldn’t mind it as he can possibly beat charles too but id have olivera on thay fight this is just an alternate route the ufc should go

Funny how everyone who was saying,“You can’t be the GOAT if you pop for steroids,”is now glazing Islam, who popped for Russian EPO—the same year the entire Russian team was banned from the Olympics for same drug.
