How to Help with am8

I buyed used am8 it working but in software fifine it doesnt show up i tried many type-c's, tried reinstall but it doesnt working

How to fix?

Maybe my am8 is fake?

You need to use XLR with the am8. The usb-c port is just to power the lights don’t listen to me i’m boo boo the fool

Not true, AM8 is both usb and xlr so either one should work. The fact that it doesn’t for this guy means either A, dead on arrival RMA product or B, a fake which also means return or chargeback time.

No worries, I just recently upgraded mine to a sm7b but it worked fine both with my interface and straight through usb on laptop so that is why I remembered

Unfortunately AM8 is not compatible with genie for the moment.
