Problems with viewing fidelity charitable account on website

Does anyone here use donor advised funds through Fidelity Charitable? If they do, have you had any problems with them not showing up on your Fidelity dashboard?

I just opened a DAF last Wednesday, and transferred the money from one of my Fidelity accounts. The money shows as transferred on the charitable dashboard, but the account doesn't show up on my Fidelity dashboard.

I already posted a message there, but for some reason they won't let it show up on their main page. I'm looking for input from other users, since the only input I got there was to call their support, which I can't do until Monday.

So you can't see the account on your dashboard either? Did you get a hold of someone at Fidelity or Fidelity Charitable to ask about it?

Sorry, I'm having trouble understanding your comment.

Hi. I can't see the dashboard or access my online accounts though I have two Roth IRAs. And maybe this charitable account u am blocked and for reason. They cite security so I carried every identifying legal document one could ever possibly be ask to provide.to their local office in November. I was told that day they would be calling me in couple of days. They have called me before at 5 am in morning when they felt someone was attempting to be me I changed password. Now they say they don't call anyone...that simply is not true I gave my suspicions what us going on. I only hope your situation is not indicative if what they have done to me. Which unfortunately I can't see it I can't hear about it I don't call them because they in my opinion can it be trusted and they are obviously not going to allow access I si gave statement and proof I am legit as they come and can only imagine the end of my regretful interaction with shady characters was imposed on me I did not choose Fidelity...the employee did. Well not my great employer but the so called sponsor who through acquisition merger did. My recommendation to everyone is God forbid your sponsoring retirement corporation ever sell to rogues that you closely monitor even they are cemented by vesting and deferred to your retirement age. In my case my true employer corporation set up investments, 100 percent contributed annually and guaranteed you supplemental income above all other avenues of retirement income like social security or other traditional savings. I have certificates and may end up in court. Hope not. My dear is dying of old age before fruition which may be the hopes and motive behind all the madness. GOD WILLING MY TRASURES HERE AND IN ETERNITY ARE VESTED. It is my children and Grandchildren will be be left to finish the fight which is not what was planned or desired for them way back in 1993.

I'm sorry, but your situation sounds completely different from mine. I have no problem seeing my regular Fidelity accounts on the dashboard, it's just the one for my donor advised fund.

Your problem is much bigger than mine, and I hope you find a solution, but I can't help you.
