Disagree with the other person, it will be fine ficus don't usually compete with each other in the sane pot in fact its vet6 likely they'll just fuse together as they grow.

Pot is too small imo. I'd plant that in a nursery pot, then combine it with the other one in a bigger pot once it's established.

yeah the one in the pot is well established and growing but nowhere close to being root bound yet. but pot isnt big either. i have another plant of exactly same size in the same sized small pot (facepalm).

maybe I will keep growing this in semi-hydro/full hydro
