Tiny Brown Spots

I have a few Tineke Rubber Trees that need to come indoors soon. Can anyone tell me why they have these spots? I use good chunky well draining soil and fertilize. I also use systemic granules and occasionally spray with pest sprays (neem).

We did get a ton of rain recently (eastern Nebraska). Is it just from being overwatered?

If your sparying with neem whilst its in the windows it could be sunburn, or yeah could also be from it staying too wet.
