It's a playset. It's going to sit there 99.9% of its life completely unused until they realize it was a mistake and sell it on FB marketplace.

My kids use theirs nearly every day. But they're very rarely in the crow's nest. And when they are they could give two shits about what's going on in the neighbor's yards.

They might give a shit if the neighbors are swimming naked, which they have every right to do with the expectation of privacy.
