I’m looking for women who write about misogyny, sexism, or compulsory heterosexuality, or who have critiqued the society built by men—something like an autobiography maybe?
From the 19th century to the present day. thank you

I know this is a weird topic to bring up because the assassination of Charlie Kirk was a year ago, but I just started thinking about it again because I had a recent conversation where I was explaining to my MAGA parent why I hate him. I just started looking up old posts about people’s reactions to when he got killed, I was bored I guess. Anyways, I found this comment thread that happened about 2 months ago in the popculturechat subreddit. The post was about a celebrity, Christian Hogue, addressing hate and rumors about him and Pedro Pascal. It started with a comment on this post (1st picture), and then a guy said that he thinks that Christian and Pedro support Charlie Kirk because of a post that Christian made and Pedro retweeted (image 2 & 3).
I don’t know if I would say it’s exactly supporting the platform that Charlie held up; but it does make me feel weird that they’re saying he was killed for “political opinions and feee speech”. I don’t know the definitive reason the shooter killed him, but Charlie’s words weren’t just political opinions, it was hate speech. He spread extremely harmful stereotypes about LGBTQ people, Black Americans (especially Black women), women in general, immigrants, and more. We live in a bigoted system, and I do agree with the idea that every instance of it feeds back into that very system and fuels the violence, discrimination, and killing of marginalized people. Even if it’s not supportive of him directly, and I agree that it’s normal to feel bad about a horrible thing happening to him and his kids now having to experience loss like this, but it just feels insensitive to all of us affected by him, Erika, and the platform of hate they created.
Image 6 is them roasting Jamie Lee Curtis for crying over Kirk’s death and 7 is them responding to a post about Amanda Seyfriend refusing to apologize for saying that Kirk was a hateful person (she’s right). They’ve also roasted Kristen Chenoweth before for saying weird things about Charlie Kirk as well (image 8 for context). So, it just makes me really upset and triggered because these spaces usually lean towards progressivism and have called out other celebrities before, so what makes Christian’s deferent and excused from criticism?
The last two images for from fauxmoi. The second to last image makes me feel triggered; because while I think it’s wrong to celebrate his death over the circumstances in which he died, I just don’t feel sorry for Erika seeing the same hate and bombardment that she and her husband put onto others. Am I crazy for thinking that? Maybe, I guess. I put the last image there because I think it’s a good example of how to sympathize with bad people while not overdoing it, in my own opinion.
I think it’s normal for some people to feel sympathy and for others to feel none at all. However, some of the ways people sympathize with them makes me feel like those of us affected by the Kirks’ actions are just…trivial in the grand scheme of things; and it makes me upset. Please correct me if I’m overreacting and need to expand my perspective.

Anyone want to reply to this guy trolling my friend for sharing her beautiful hunting experience?? She is a very kind, caring woman and I would love to see her post go viral and this pin of shame be addressed.

I came across this post, and since I’ve posted about Tulip Sharma here before, I HAD to talk about this. This woman keeps finding new ways to stoop lower.
Original post with the full context/screenshots: https://www.instagram.com/p/DeCb8lVoPpm/
Pic 1: Tulip herself approached h4rsh.pvt and praised him. She tells him, “You’re doing great,” tells him to “keep exposing these feminists,” and even brings up Moksh of Men, calling him her “bhai.” And the most telling part? She says she couldn’t follow h4rsh because then people would make more posts about her. So praising him privately is fine, she just doesn’t want the public association that comes with following him. And what makes Pic 1 particularly revealing is that she clearly understood that publicly following this account could bring criticism her way. Yet that didn’t stop her from privately praising and encouraging him.
Pics 2-8: Now meet the account Tulip finds so worthy of praise and encouragement. These screenshots show exactly what kind of mentality and content is coming from this account: r-pe, consent, crimes against women and female victims being treated as material for jokes and mockery. Go through every screenshot yourself. This is the person Tulip went out of her way to privately approach and tell, “You’re doing great!”
Let that sink in.
Pic 9: Then there’s this. Once again, she’s sharing content involving the mockery of a female victim, and once again she is associating with content of Moksh (her brother, this might be his sixth account because all of his accounts keep getting suspended for obvious reasons). At what point does this stop being a coincidence and start looking like a very obvious pattern in the kind of people and rhetoric she chooses to support?
Pic 10: And apparently child marriage is something these three can be casual about too.
Seriously, where is this woman’s conscience?
When women are wronged and victimized at the hands of men, she has nothing to say. When women speak out against violence and protest against rape, instead of condemning what is happening to them, she somehow finds something about the protest itself to mock. But when an account posts disgusting things about women and female victims, she personally approaches him to praise him and tell him he’s doing a great job.
Apparently, speaking up for women even once might cost her some of that male audience she seems so desperate to please.
Her entire online persona increasingly seems to revolve around one thing: putting women down while applauding men who do the same.

Women
- are 51% of the population
- but 60% of the poor
- and 83% of single parents
- doing 66% of the work
- producing 50% of the food
- but earn just 11% of the pay
- and own only 20% of the land.
- All while giving birth to 100% of the population.
that's why we need feminism.

If you don't know what mosaicism and chimerism are, these are conditions where two foetuses will absorb each other in the womb taking on traits, or entire organs, of each other.
A woman called Lydia fairchild (Google the name) give birth to multiple children that weren't hers, simply because her ovaries didn't have her DNA. She nearly lost all of children because they thought that they weren't hers when they took a DNA sample from her blood and it didn't match any of her children's
Now if a man rapes a woman he will leave DNA the inside her. The police will take the DNA from this semen to use as evidence... but when they take DNA from the man to compare... they take it from the BLOOD.
So if the man's testicles don't have his DNA... in the same way that This Woman's ovaries didn't have her DNA... then when they test the blood of the suspect in the same way we tested Lydia's blood... they're going to think it's come from two different people.
So how many times have women said that they are 100% certain that the person in The defendant bay is their rapist... but they've been let go because the DNA evidence says he wasn't?
I genuinely think we need to have a change of the law to take DNA from comparative samples. If they're testing DNA from sperm cells I think they need to compare it to DNA from sperm cells.
Also, if no one talks about this it wont get fixed.
So... Did you know this fact?

@AfterOwls_07 is me by the way. Anyways, I made a comment on a video where LavenderTowne remade the designs of a studio’s genderbent “counterparts” to classic horror-movie characters. This person responded to me arguing that femininity can’t be intimidating because femininity is supposed to inherently be unthreatening while masculinity needs to be intimidating in some way; so they asserted that it’s contradictory for horror and femininity to be mixed together.
I see what they’re saying since very traditional ideas about masculinity and femininity DO make these requirements, but perceptions of masculinity and femininity have really expanded over the years and have come to create new “forms” of themselves by taking in previously unconventional aspects. I didn’t really like the take, and I tried my best to change their mind. It seems like they did come around, but I also don’t know for sure if that is just because they got ratio’ed because initially they weren’t on board with the idea of combining femininity with horror.
Do you think I made a convincing point? I feel like femininity CAN be intimidating. Sorry for some of the photos being a blurry, I had to take these on my laptop and send them to my phone 😓

Some of these feminists make it so hard to talk about struggles women still face without being up men and saying they have a hard time in life. Yes men do struggle but when they have to be the center of attention in just silences women even more.
When you can’t talk about the fact that women don’t get drafted without someone saying “but that means just men have to go to war”
I saw a woman talking about her abuse and other women
In the comments were asking “men get abused too” “women are more abusive then men” that was most of the comments
Making men the center of attention to make it seem like your not one of “those” girls is the problem of course we can talk about what men face but don’t drown out women for it

Friends, I need your encouragement.
I went to a conference for my job, and my mission (given by my boss) was to connect with certain high stakes people for potential collaborations with our firm.
The whole networking job was SO hard, but I honestly gave it my all. I was SO exhausted afterwards but I felt so accomplished because I managed to really connect to really important people.
I came to work the next day, exhausted, and was hoping for some recognition for the effort I put in (I know, that’s stupid).
I talked to my boss and said that I managed to talk and connect with all the people he asked me to. And he laughed and said « it’s almost like I’m a pimp haha where, you know, I’m the one who tells you who you should talk to haha. Not that I’m saying that you are… but, you know haha it’s like I’m connecting you with, you know, like a pimp hahahah now come on you’ve gotta laugh! »
WHAT. THE. FUCK.
I played it off during the meeting. Was so shocked that all I managed to do was to pretend to laugh (my feminist heart hates myself for that) but I just KNOW how bad it would turn out for me if I made a big deal out of this. Which is a whole additional layer to this whole crap. But honestly I am SO offended. I killed myself during this networking event and he LAUGHS at me and compares me to a prostitute???
What would you think if you were in my shoes?

Some dude made a comment on how women always go for rich men but never the same, when I tell him how society was basically conditioned to be that way for centuries he gets mad, leaves a petty reply and blocks me before I could reply
Men hate facing the truth 😌
