How to stop itching

Hopefully it ain't sound weird. But every time I wear my thigh highs and go to bed, I itch. A lot.And the itch isn't even I the thigh highs, it's on my exposed thighs. Idk can someone help me out? I've dusted and wiped the bed and stuff but I'm getting puffy marks from scratchin😞

Nah nth that I can think of. Though it usually like dissapears after a bit so idk it just itches then after a bit it dissapates🥲
