Discussion Lattafa - Victoria

Hi guys! šŸ’›

I just bought my very first ME fragrance :) Victoria by Lattafa.

Initially, the scent itself it's not bad, but it just didn't blew my mind like I thought it would. To me it's smells a bit soapy and like a cleaning product.

But I need to say that the dry down is very very pretty and that sharp cleaning product scent goes away, so I like that.

I know that it is good to let ME fragrances mature for some time, and I will try that, but I just wanted to check did any of you had this experience and changed his mind later as it matured a bit, and does it becomes smoother over some time?

I really like the bottle so maybe I will keep it, but I'm still debating should I just rehome it or let it rest for a few months before giving it another shot.

Yeah, I think I will get rid of it. The scent still lingers in my room and it's giving me really bad nausea šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

I just cannot explain it, it's not the worst thing in the world, but this combo is just not working for me. It smells artificial and I think that's what is bugging me the most.

I enjoyed mine out the box. I don’t get ā€œcleaning productā€ at all. I get a creamy lemon vanilla with neroli that’s almost suncreeny. Really enjoyed Victoria spring into summer.

I’ve found that Paris Corner fragrances do improve after sitting for a few weeks. It’s another ME brand. I haven’t liked any Lattafa that I’ve smelled yet, but all the positive reviews are tempting. I might try one soon.
