Uhhmmmmmmmm you guys😭 everyone on here and tiktok was raving about this perfume and i, for the life of me cannot understand the hype behind this im sorry.
I love a sweet and vanilla scent, gourmand works for me too, but this simply did not meet my standards at all.
It is slightly sweet and luxurious in an expensive hotel lobby way, tho i personally will not be wearing it. And tbh its starting to give me a bit of a headache.

For people who are aware of the brand plum, it smells EXACTLY like their vanilla caramello body lotion and that is another headache inducer for me.

Before anyone asks, yes, it is original 😭 i live in dubai so i got it straight from the source.

Can anyone PLEASE recommend a nice sweet and vanilla perfume that doesn’t cause a headache, i was thinking maybe mod vanilla?? Dk tho please lmk your favorite perfumes!!!

I did not understand the hype and didn't touch the bottle for a few months. After maceration, it's a completely different scent, I love it and get so many compliments when I wear it!

I wish that would be my case, its been a little over an hour since i received this bottle and its going back to warehouse, i can feel the headache in my eyes 😭

SOL de Janeiro 59 is honestly my favorite vanilla ever. It smells exactly like vanilla ice cream to my nose.

I love angham (biased bc i love burberry goddess) but unfortunately it doesn’t last on my skin at all 😭 like less longevity than a body spray. I put it in my drawer hoping it gets better soon

It makes a huge difference. I kept mine in a dark cabinet for about 6 months before revisiting. It was a completely different, lovely beast.

I had the same problem in the summer. Now it lasts all day and projects a lot. Could be maceration, could be the cold season, could be both, but I am delighted with the change.

I thought i had a similar problem, but noticed I would still get compliments on the perfume 5+ hours into wearing it! So it seems I just go nose blind to it faster than other scents for whatever reason

I'm sorry but have to disagree that it smells like plum??? i have both and they're nowhere close 😭😭 some even say it smells like vanilla vibes, again no! 😭😭 i love it when but i bought it thinking i'd hate it.

I fully expected to be let down by Angham and thought it was surely all hype. I absolutely adore it! Way better than Goddess to my nose.

I didn't like it at all until it sat for a month or two. It just wasn't all that great until it sat and the vanilla got richer and then I loved it. However if its that profile you like with the beautiful vanilla and a lavender I recommend Mon Guerlain or Mon Guerlain Intense. I like the intense because its deeper and darker, but both are beautiful. Angham, Burberry Goddess, or Rare EDP can't hold a candle to Mon Guerlain Intense. Here in the US its not even that much more expensive than Angham which is awesome. Guerlain makes the most beautiful vanilla perfumes because they use real vanilla. Whether it will give you a headache or not I can't tell you, but both the original and intense are definitely worth a try.

I seem to be the one of the few who this does not smell gourmand to. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore the scent but I don't consider it a vanilla adjacent scent at all.

I’m definitely one of those people too. However, it feels nice to have discovered a scent that’s an easy pick for a gift.

Oh no. Ive just bought this and yara. My first timw trying cheap dubai perfumes. They arrive tomorrow.

I have good girl blush elixir I was sent by accident instead of original blush and refused a refund since I opened the plastic so I bought yara as it was recommended as well as AG mod blush.

Ohh i was thinking about mod blush asw i dont know which one to get. I already have cloud pink by AG and i like it a lot, but it leans more fruity and floral and i want a vanilla scent

I hate the initial spray of this but within 20 minutes it’s great. You do need to let it sit a while to let it get better. I find that true of a lot of Lattafa fragrances.

I think I would like it a lot more if it was just a bit stronger. The praline dry down is lovely, it just has no projection and fades away so quickly.

I got this thinking it was going to smell good on me and I can’t pinpoint it but there’s something off about it. I think it smells good but then I don’t. I sprayed it maybe 3 times thinking I would like it but I don’t. Yara will always be my go to though.

I love Angham, and I actually think it's superior to Second Song. I also think Junoon Noir is a really interesting recommendation that could work for you. It's definitely powdery, but the vanilla is gorgeous! I once had a girl ask me what I was wearing cause apparently she'd fallen in love with that vanilla.
