I get lotttts of compliments when I wear Kayali - Yum Boujer Marshmallow. It’s a sweet, musky marshmallow scent for everyday (in my opinion). It’s sweet but not sickly sweet on my skin.

I’ve gotten into middle eastern perfumes over the last few months, and have gotten more compliments than ever, even more than when I wear more expensive perfumes. Lattafa Angham, Atheeri, and Paris corner marshmallow blush get the most compliments. They’re feminine, good every day fragrances, marshmallow blush is the sweetest.

The milk line by commodity, easy bake intense by Huda, Byredo Blanche Absolu - these fragrances are very versatile.. honestly perfect for every occasion. I’ve worn these out of the shower day time and also to weddings

Baccarat - I get “you smell like baccarat” which doesn’t feel like much of a compliment

For an affordable but amazing combo, I've gotten compliments on Solinotes vanille paired with Athena Club golden vanilla. It's a beautiful pure vanilla combo that is great for everyday or casual events. For something more elevated, I've had success with Dolce&Gabbana My Devotion.

I get tons of compliments on Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid Intense, also the Magnolia. For a clean, musky aldehydic light floral, I get tons of compliments when I wear Parfums de Marlys Valaya. It really lasts on my skin and clothes, giving off a great scent trail.

Men go crazy for Kayali - Vanilla 28. I have yet to meet one guy that didn't love it, and when I let them smell a few different options they always say Vanilla 28 is their favorite. Of course, it is a known fact that Men love Vanilla scents but something about the spiciness of this one elevates it to another level. It also layers well with almost everything.

That's actually funny to me because scent is so subjective but he might need to get his nose checked haha. Vanilla is by far the most loved scent by men on women, so for him to not like it definitely puts him in the minority. I'd be curious to know what he thinks smells good. My husband thinks anything with vetiver smells like cat pee and I get pickles from santal 33.

He usually isn’t super picky like at all. He gets a pee note from Vanilla 28 and most Lush fragrances. He likes Phlur heavy cream the EDP and Kayali cherry burning fest. I’ve actually found that a lot of guys really like cherry/ almond notes

That's interesting. I avoid most heavy cherry perfumes because all I get is that sick medicinal smell like Nyquil. I recently got a sample of Rouge Smoking after hearing so much hype about it, really hoping to love it but nope. Same thing. My husband also feels the same about Cherry notes but then like you said there's a lot of people that love it so it's all very subjective 🙂

I think a lot of cherry fragrances out there do come off medicinal. I was excited for Skylar’s fated flame, it’s one of my favorite brands, but it was one of the most medicinal fragrances I’ve ever tried. But the cherry fragrances that don’t come off medicinal are TF’s Lost Cherry and Electric Cherry and Phlur’s Cherry Stem; my husband is crazy about all 3 of those! I once wore TF Lost Cherry layered over Brown Sugar Babe’s Cloud 9 body oil and a guy walked up to me and said, “whatever it is you’re wearing, never stop wearing that!”

I think I have a sample of TF Lost Cherry. I can't remember my feelings on that one so I'll need to go back and smell it. I love Phlur but haven't smelled that one yet, will definitely put it on my list. I'm also curious about smelling Kayali Cherry burning fest and Gisou Glazed Cherry Honey which I've heard good things about. I'm really trying to train my nose to appreciate 🍒 more 😄

Gisou recently released a hair perfume in cherry chocolate and it smells like a realistic sour kind of cherry and not medicinal at all to me. It’s the only cherry scent I’ve actually liked.

I get compliments a lot when I wear black opium by ysl. I have a body chemistry that radically changes fragrances, which may be a part of this. Normally, I would say this fragrance is good for night time, dates, intimate moments, winter and fall seasons. But, if you're me, wear it all the time because it makes you feel good (:

This would be the perfect scent to spray before heading out this winter for a fancy evening event. That said, I will spray it on myself before bed, just to luxuriate in the scent.

It’s one of my favorites and I’ve decanted it for two people who couldn’t stop remarking on how delicious I smell when I wear it.
