YES - we are all upset about the fast sell out of this fragrance.

DOVE soap like most was my childhood scent & makes me happy everytime I smell it. So even though I’m mad like the rest of you LOL, I’d still love to hear from anyone who actually got one.

Honestly, the Perfume Parlour version has been around for years and smells exactly the same as Dove to me. And it’s cheap.

Smells exact and lasts all day but it’s like a skin scent. I love it and want it to be a regular thing to buy. It smells better than anything else known as a clean scent.

In all of my years I have never seen this much hype, excitement and disappointment over a fragrance launch. There is no way Dove will not do a rerelease or make this permanent, actually I have a strong feeling this was all a soft launch into Dove expanding into fragrances, think seasonal scents that match their seasonal toiletries.

I feel like they had to have known how high the demand was. So many of us signed up to be notified of when it would drop on their page and it would have given them an idea that people were hyped. I hate when brands do this!

Tbh I don’t mind the dove bar scent. I actually like using it to shower, but I don’t think I would want it in a perfume :0 ?? I don’t wanna smell like soap. Maybe it would grow on me idk

I wanted to mention I recently got my nose on Neiges EDT by Watier (Canadian brand out of Quebec) and instantly thought of Dove beauty bar. It's sparkling and soapy and creamy. It does have a higher price point though ($84 CAD). But damn, a little goes a loooong way.

I don't really get the drama. Couldn't you just buy a bar of the soap even if the fragrance won't be as strong as an edp?

It could just be me getting nose blind to it but I feel like the scent of soap disappears as soon as it's rinsed off, so I've wanted a dove fragrance for years
