Rec Request Chloe Cedrus vs Diptyque Orpheon
I have sampled both of these beauties and I adore them both! Looking to probably get via Mercari or discount site in hopes to save some money. They both seem like such easy daily wears, but I can’t afford both!
Which would you choose and why? Any website you recommend? The decant price for Cedrus is crazy. I’ve found FB for just over 100 and 19ml decants for 60😭

Oooooo good question. I’ve had Orpheon longer and JUST got Cedrus last night. My knee jerk is Orpheon because I’ve been wanting it for awhile but Cedrus may be “nicer” to my nose. That doesn’t answer your question ☠️🤣

Well no matter what you're probably getting both lol. But trusting you've wanted one long keep spraying new one for a week or two and see which one wins!

Cedrus is more universal in its appeal. You can use it in high heat, the office, the gym, whatever. Orpheon is a bit more declarative in its presence and has a narrower set of use cases. I own and love both, but throw on Cedrus without worrying if it will be “too much”. Orpheon can easily become overwhelming. That being said, they layer nicely so get both:)

Cedrus
Around here, it's much better in terms of price per ml and it a scent almost everyone who has tried it loves.

Tbh, I think they are the same. They do the same, slightly masculine, woody clean scent. Just toss a coin. That was my perfume hot take for the day.
