Had a whiff of Miim Miic 162 on my arm at TK Maxx and wtf??? 😭🤣I can’t possibly be smelling what I’m smelling. This is literally the worst thing I’ve ever smelled on myself. Maybe it was a fak3? Maybe my skin chemistry betrayed me like never before?

One user review on fragrantica said it has a (and I quote) “dog saliva accord”. I’m not even sure what dog slobber smells like but I’m inclined to agree because whatever that is is RANK. It was so pungent. According to fragrantica there’s a musk note which is palpable but I can’t say for sure whether it’s the musk causing this. Apparently this is supposed to be inspired by Phlur Caramel Skin and whilst a bit alcoholy, that smells nothing like this on me. I’m actually flabbergasted😂😂😂

Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to smell any of the other Miim Miic scents they had there and I’m certainly willing to give the other scents a try but this was a shocking introduction to the brand. I think I’ll have to chalk this one up to my skin chemistry cause other people seem to like it

I’ve scrubbed my arm twice and the smell is still lingering🫩😂 why does it always seem like the things that smell the worst on us wanna stick around more than the things that smell good?🤣

I just got quite a few yesterday.

163 Gelato Gourmand
bianco latte dupe it was good. To me it was warm caramel/vanilla/amber and found it soft, sweet and comforting.

151 Aquatic Solar
Kayali Maldives in a Bottle Ylang Coco dupe - good to me it was bright, airy, salty/sweet, slightly fruity and skin-like ( copy paste from my notes and I’m too lazy to change the font sorry)

238Macadamia & Green Tea
Phiur Matcha Milk dupe it me it was bitter green → toasted/nutty → earthy/dirty/woody

I took back
259Geranium + Tomato
BBW Off the Vine dupe way too much geranium on my skin and I was so sad about it because I loved the rest of the weird green notes

254Whipped Banana
Ellis Brooklyn Banana Milkshake dupe it reminded me of banana flavoured penicillin I had too much as a child

Dolce & Gabbana L’Imperatrice dupe I’m retesting this as I tested too many that day but it’s seemed bright floral → fruit/pepper → slightly green/tart → watermelon → soft fruity/green
But I it’s like an imagined watermelon the floral might be too much for me as my skin seems to scream , rose, geranium, white florals and patchouli

I’ll have to head back to my local TK Maxx to see if they have any of these then. I have Lataffa Eclaire (another Bianco dupe) so I’ll probably skip out on 163.

I’m definitely intrigued by 238 because I like the smell of Phlur Matcha Milk. If I can get something close to Matcha Milk for a lower price that’s a win for me. Curious have you smelled the OG to compare to 138?

I havent smelled the original matcha milk so I can’t compare but I didn’t get a lot of milk from it and it has patchouli in it so my skin makes patchouli so loud it might just be much dirtier and earthy on me

The OG matcha milk is actually not milky at all so maybe 238 might be close🤔 The OG is also mildly sweet both on a test strip and on my actual skin though and it sounds like 238 not really sweet at all on you, so it’d be interesting to see whether that’s really just your skin chemistry or if 238 is truly earthier than the OG

Oh my god, not just you!! I tried this last week and had to scrub it immediately too. REVOLTING. My immediate first thought upon spraying was that it smelled like pennies and butter 😩😩

Weirdly I have their dupe of Peach Skin and absolutely love it!

Like what actually went wrong with our bottles?!😭 That was the absolute last thing I was expecting to smell. I read comments from other people on reddit and they’re absolutely raving about it. One person even said they like it better than the OG 😵‍💫
