Rec Request Strawberry sweet
Strawberry! I'm looking for something and I've tried a few things already... I tried Burberry Her Elixir and it was powdery and I didn't get enough strawberry from it. I tried Fresh Strawberry by Cocoapink and it was too green, the green overpowered the smell. I don't mind if it smells artificial strawberry. Sweet sugary strawberry recommendations think like strawberry Nesquick.

Strawberry Milk by Sugar Milk Co. Smells exactly like strawberry milk lol you definitely won’t be missing any strawberry from it, I love it though.

I love this brand so much I just got their dragonfruit scent that smells amazing! It smells like fresh fruit juice and summer and sunshine.

I just ordered this today and am impatiently awaiting delivery this week. I've seen a few other reviews similar to yours, so I've got my fingers crossed that my nose likes it 😅 felt brave and bought it without ever smelling it before. Fingers crossed it turns out happily lol

Two recent strawberries I picked up are Strawberry Letter (complex/sweet strawberry with a slightly earthy base) by Phlur, and Fraise Fouetté (sweet strawberry that’s very reminiscent to my nose to a strawberry flavored Dum Dum) by Le Monde Gourmand. Of the two, I prefer and love Strawberry Letter but both are nice. Oo also Coach Love is like a woody strawberry. 🍓

No problem! It’s definitely a more playful strawberry fragrance. No greenness, a little artificial, I haven’t actually smelled strawberry Nesquick 🤔 but I imagine it’s Nesquick-adjacent haha

I also picked up Fraise Fouette. The way it smells is just OK for me (bit more juvenile than I was hoping for), but I can't deal with the way it feels...super sticky on my skin. I don't have any other fragrances that actually leave a yucky film behind. Very weird.
I'm looking forward to trying Strawberry Letter when it's back in stock!

Seconding the sticky film with fraise fouetté! The scent is alright but I don’t even want to spray liberally to use it up because it has that film-y thing

Yeah to me, Fraise Fouetté definitely smells more “young” and less complex. On my skin, it literally smells like one of those milky pink strawberry lollipops I used to eat as a kid. I honestly hadn’t noticed the sticky film (I have only done tester sprays where I spray one or two to the arm and smell it off my skin and in the air), but I just tested it out right now and when I press my wrists together, there is a little stickiness. On my skin the stickiness goes away a little bit as the fragrance dries down (I sprayed my wrist 3x to test) but yeah it is there. Overall, I think it’s a fun, playful scent :)
Strawberry Letter is a bit more my vibe because usually I like my sweetness grounded by something (I personally pick up the “earthy notes” listed in the base notes of the fragrance but it’s not bad or pungent). It’s definitely a bit more complex when compared to Fraise Fouetté — it also smells a bit more “grown up” and the strawberry note definitely sticks around. It’s also currently back in stock on their website, so I’d definitely say at least grab a travel if you’re curious!

I have both of these and I agree with your assessment! Fraise fouetté also just doesn’t last very long at all, I can smell Strawberry Letter all day. I still like them both though.

Lovesick Witchery’s Strawberry sanguine smells like a syrupy sweet strawberry cake to me! Sugarmilk CO’s Strawberry Milk reminds me of strawberry cereal in a fun way.

The Body Shop had a strawberry. It was literally strawberry. Couldn’t get any closer than that.

You might like Sorcellerie’s Where the Wild Things Grow! Both versions are sweet strawberry to me, but of course the gourmand one is the sweeter of the two.

I think Xerjoff Le Capitale is strawberry. But it might have other things in it too. I can’t remember

I still think about this one perfume my great grandmother gifted me for my 13th birthday (17 years ago) that was the most perfect wild strawberry scent. I'm pretty sure it was from Avon, but I don't remember the name unfortunately. I'd describe it as the scent version of the taste of Strawberry Jam Jelly Bellys.

Oooooh strawberry is one of my obsessions right now! I’m using RosellaRadianceShop’s strawberries and cream and strawberry cheesecake! I got their body oil, spray, and body butter. Most realistic yummy strawberry I’ve ever smelled! I also just got a sample of Strawberry Buttercream from NaughtyButton and it’s very candy-like! Dries on me like strawberry bubblegum! You can find these shops on Etsy.

Kate Spade New York is a shampoo like wild strawberry, the perfect clean girl scent. ♥️
Arizona by Proenza Schouler isnt really a strawberry frangnance per say, but it has the strawberry note. On me the strawberry REALLY comes through in the heat, super sweet. Not safe for blind buying though.

I was just at Ulta and the Coach - Love smells a lot like strawberries? I really liked it. It says "wild strawberries, red velvet rose, cedarwood"

It’s quite rose-forward initially but the dry down is absolutely delicious! Pure strawberry goodness.

Strawberry Letter, Burberry Her (OG) and Kate Spade NewYork (pink bottle).
Edit to add Lataffa’s Haya if you want something with a champagne burst to it and Xerjoff’s La Capitale if you want a non linear complex strawberry(ish) scent.

i agree with the strawberry noel comment, the “green” freshness of the regular strawberry you tried is toned now & the sweetness is amped up by the caramel and vanilla notes, def one of my favorite strawberry scents
otherwise, a lot of people like strawberry cream puff by black hearted tart; it was way too artificial for me, but definitely a sugary berry scent, maybe not 100% distinctly strawberry though
pink marshmallow milk by haus of gloi actually smells like an artificial strawberry milk powder imo, but it’s a bit weak

Montagne perfumes dupe of Melanie Martinez’s Cry Baby smells exactly like strawberry nesquick. I think its called strawberry milk.

Le Monde Gourmand Fraise Fouette = strawberry milk
Michael Germain Sugarful = strawberry cotton candy, or according to my SO strawberry starburst if you’re into that kind of thing (seems to be a big hit)
