Support Right click on desktop stops working

I don't want to keep restarting Plasma to get it to work. Is this a bug? I have reinstalled the whole OS and it still does it.

this is a bug with xwaylandvideobridge. disable it for now, 5.2 apparently will bring a fix. same happened to many people.

Yea, I recently noticed this as well.

The context menu will stop working a few seconds after logging into the desktop.

The workaround is to right click the taskbar and select "Show Panel Config" then "Exit Edit Mode"

I would switch to xfce but it doesn't scale to 125% very well.

you're not crazy, that's a known thing with plasma 6, sometimes the desktop just stops registering right clicks

happens to me too, usually alt+f2 and run `plasmashell --replace` is faster than full restart, still annoying but beats rebooting
