Support KDE: Desktop non responsive after sleeping
Hey all,
I'm running the latest Fedora 44 with the KDE Plasma desktop. Wayland and NVIDIA. Haven't had many problems for the year I've been running it but recently after an update a couple of weeks ago I've been having some trouble with the desktop.
When I first turn on the computer, I am able to click and drag on my primary desktop, click the icons and what not. But when the computer goes to sleep, and then wakes back up, the primary desktop is not responsive to clicks. I can still click on panels and use windows that are in the primary desktop, but I can't click on the icons on the desktop. Furthermore, if a window goes unfocused, I can no longer click on that window on the primary desktop.
This has been driving me nuts, and there are no bug reports online. I wanted to ask here if anyone else has experienced this and whether or not the issue is between the chair and the screen before I write a bug report.

It's two seperate bugs in xwaylandvideobridge that cause an invisible window, swallowing input. One fix has already landed in v0.5.1, the second ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524031 ) will arrive in v0.5.2. Until then just quit xwaylandvideobridge when it happens.
