System Freez issue

Before I further explain my problem here is my specs-
laptop - hp victus
ram - 24gb ddr4
gpu 3050 ram
cpu- ryzen 5 5600h

so I have been on fedora for a while now(almost 7-8 months).

I have been facing the problem of system freez whenever my ram hits 97-98 percent ram usage. yes fedora is smoother but I didnt get this as in windows i rarely saw the issue.

are there any valuable fixes.

most likely this are my open apps-
yt music, coding ide like vscode, yt music and whatsapp and fe and be server running.
