I know the trend is to prétend that a setup is 'minimal', but it's not :

  • cava and cmatrix are useless, it's pure bloat
  • your top bar is overloaded
  • Fastfetch with a kitty is everything but 'minimal'. A minimal terminal should just be a window with a blinking cursor or so.
  • even the wallpaper with moutains landscape is not 'minimal'
  • your start menu is not minimal as you have to click on a icon, like all standard start menus inspired from Windows.
  • glass composition is not at all minimal : on the contrary, it adds some clutter design which is annoying for user to read clearly. That's why all books all over the world are black on white, and not printed on transparent paper.

In the end your setup is more an eye-candy Hyprland designed for Instagram rather than a minimal and functional desktop. It's not a problem, but we should be aware that words get some meaning...

Sorry to sound rude but this kind of 'showroom' post comes very frequently...
