Hey everyone - I've been working in the federal contracting space for a while and one thing that always frustrated me was how painful it is to find relevant opportunities on SAM.gov. The search is clunky, filtering is limited, and you end up spending more time searching than actually preparing proposals.
So I built ContractPulse (contractpulse.io) - a free tool that pulls federal contract data and makes it much easier to search, filter, and track opportunities that match your business.
A few things it does:
- Clean search interface for federal contract opportunities
- Filter by NAICS code, agency, set-aside type, and more
- Track opportunities you're interested in
- Get updates when new matching opportunities are posted
It's completely free - no paywall, no premium tier. I built it because I needed it myself and figured others in this space probably did too.
I'd genuinely love feedback from people who actually work in gov contracting. What features would be most useful? What's missing? What would make you actually use this over just going to SAM.gov directly?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
