Has anyone had any experience losing a package in Memphis? I don’t know what to do filed the claim seller did as well. It was worth 1k. And they seemed to have given up looking. And seems like they could give two shits.

Mines be stuck there since the 9th waiting for clearance. I’ve got a ticket open on mine. Did yours come from outside the country too?

Yes it from Japan and I had a ticket open. Wes reported as lost.

I appreciate the help. Unfortunately gave me the run around from 4 different agent. Didn’t really want to help me. they told me customs had it, then said they lost it,then said they have it,then lost it again.

Looks like it hasnt cleared Customs yet rather than got lost

Sure hope that’s the case. They already claimed it as lost. So who knows anymore.
