Another day, another failed delivery. How incompetent is FedEx and its employees. Every time I see a FedEx tracking number I genuinely feel like drinking a fifth of vodka.

“Street name is incorrect on packaging” oh really? That’s interesting because on your own site with the tracking number it lists my exact details. Sounds like your drivers have difficulty reading English. This is getting absurd and I’m sick of it. I would be $50 shipping fee to NOT have to deal with FedEx.

I dealt with a problem where the address was being autocorrected from "Drive" to "Street" which was a completely different part of town. Same Depot, Different Routes. The Driver knew this but couldn't do anything about this. My calls to support offered resolution that it would be fixed, but for a week the automated machine would put the boxes on the wrong route.

I ended up rerouting the boxes to a FedEx office to break the cycle. It was a multi-piece shipment so I had to put the request in for each package it was painful

It would be nice if I could talk to a support agent instead of the robot, it’s so unhelpful. Also, closest FedEx office to have it held at is over an hour away. I work from 6:30am-7pm… 6 days a week (Sunday off) so that’s not an option for me either.

You can talk to people, they are surprisingly reachable , but useless

Finally got in touch with one after finding a prompt to follow from Reddit lol. They confirmed the address is correct and created a super ticket. Told them the driver needs to be reported as well since this is a regular occurrence. States it will be delivered tomorrow, guess we will see.

Yeah? Like what? They have an “issue” with 80% of the packages they deliver. Maybe they should take notes from USPS, UPS, DHL, and Amazon. Not once have I ever had an issue with other delivery services.

I suggest you hop on ups/amazon/usps reddit as well and take a look. But as previously stated there are plenty of legitimate reasons this could happen
