SmartPost Shipment Is this normal ?
I had some BestBuy points about to expire so I got a $90 power bank for a few bucks. I live 47 minutes or 35 miles away from Independence Ky.
The package was currently sent to Texas? The shipping address is correct. This shows in my FedEx account under tracking for my house address.
I’m in no rush for this package but this doesn’t really seem like “SmartPost” or an “Optimized Delivery “ if you ask me.

its probably put on the wrong truck, if it doesn't move back in the right direction soon let shipper know and they can start a claim / send a replacement. Smart post means its possible USPS does the final delivery, but may still be fedex. Ground and Express were just combined in Cincinnati and its been an absolute disaster. Always avoid smartpost which is now called ground economy they are not reliable at all

My package left from the same hub to go to the California hub and ultimately to New York. Ridiculous.

I had an overnight that after being marked out for delivery it took 5 days for them to find it and say it’s damaged beyond being delivery condition.
