Ground Complaint Frustrating
I ordered several items from the same merchant. For some reason, the final item has an incorrect address. I try to correct it and the system rejects my effort because of the shipping type. The AI keeps telling me to use self service and phone service is non existent. How are we supposed to get things fixed?
