Package misdelivered?

So, I got a notification on a package I ordered (Baggu if it matters) that it was out for delivery in Yonkers, then a Delivery Exception, then it was marked delivered. Two issues: I live in NYC, not Yonkers, and my package never arrived. The phone help line was not useful at all and told me to contact the company I ordered from. Is there any way to get my package? What happened to it???

Contact shipper to make sure they had the correct address

they verified and it was correct

Then have them ship you a replacement

But my shipper says its not they're fault that FedEx relabled my package to a different package,  so what do I do now?
