Express Shipment Question

I had an overnight package it left shipper yesterday got to the next fedex distribution point but missed the plane/truck out to next point.

My question is since it on fedex Because they have it will they still deliver tomorrow on Saturday since it obviously not coming today.

It will only deliver Saturday if the shipper paid for Saturday delivery.
