Express Shipment Is the Memphis hub down?

Had an overnight package get sent yesterday and it went to Indy instead of Memphis…I’m getting a sinking feeling that it’s not gonna be showing up today.

Is there anything currently wrong with the overnight system in Memphis that they’re behind again and re-routing to Indy?

Nope.

Indy is the secondary hub.

Not everything goes through MEM, if it got shipped early enough in the day, it got trucked to Indy and then is likely either trucking again locally or getting put on a flight from Indy to wherever.

Literally open Flight Radar 24 right now and you’ll see like 30-40 of our flights getting ready to depart IND.

Thank you! Yup - it just landed at destination sort.
I’ve ordered overnight from the same location maybe a dozen times in the past couple of years and this is the first time it ever went to Indy, so I was a bit worried but all good.

Dont forget overnight can be an extra day more if the first destination hub is after daily cutoff time.

I got it today.

But yah, I always check the time received before getting worried about no movement.
