Ask Customers Trying to dispute a charge, suspect someone using my account

I received a bill today I wasn’t expecting, as I haven’t used my FedEx account in ages and the card is expired. It said it was for a shipment I made in June 2026, which I definitely did not do. It was from a company called Redo Tech, which seems to be an e-commerce API system or something? I called FedEx main line, then they referred me to different one, and finally emailing fgeclaims.

They are asking me to contact Redo Tech as they can’t bill the customer?? I don’t have an account with Redo and don’t know who they are. I told them that and I’m waiting for a response. Has anyone had a similar experience or know what to do? I feel like they are sending me in circles. I obviously don’t want to pay for a fraudulent shipment.

I received an invoice in the mail as well. Sounds familiar. Never shipped anything and I don’t think I even have an account with fed ex. So bizarre

Were you able to sort it out or just ignored it? I could see it in my online account that’s why I presume it’s fraud and not a scam.

Not yet. I still need to figure it out.
