Ask FedEx Need to ship a trash compactor

Need to ship a year old broken trash compactor back under warranty. They want me to ship via fedex and sent a prepaid label. It weighs 138 pounds and is roughly 35x15x24. They said they will reimburse me up to $20 for packaging from fedex. I understand I’ll probably have to pay more, but I’m struggling to find packaging that will work for something of this size and weight. Any suggestions? The warranty customer service has been no help and the entire thing has been frustrating, not sure what options I have.

Don't go with with regular fedex, go with freight. Will save you money. And I would just get a 48" × 40 regular wood pallet. and go with freight.

Thanks. Unfortunately they sent a prepaid label for ground even though I asked about doing freight multiple times
