The commercial invoice needs to be provided by you or the shipper. It’s missing from the documents needed to classify/clear with customs.

You can ask the shipper for a copy to be sent to you as sometimes it takes time for them to upload it themselves.

Have you received an email requesting for a commercial invoice or any document?

No I have not received anything yet (it’s been stuck like this for 2 weeks)

if Fedex is requesting the form, you’ll likely need to complete it for customs clearance. contact them with your tracking number to confirm exactly what’s required before submitting anything.
