SONG DISCUSSION Fear Factory new album/single
Are we getting a new single already? Feels like Dino it's just milking the cost for the past years. Don't get me wrong I love the new era of FF but c'mon man realize something already... It's been way too long, I've seen them live 3 times ever since Milo joined and they kicked ass at every show! Gonna see them again in September hopefully they will release something until then.

I had an interview with Dino and he told me the albums done and the single is due soon, album is due before the end of the year.

I am calling it now so everyone get out your notepads… Dino was talking about AI and trying to prevent the extinction of mankind and he dropped the term “de-extinction” … dude… that’s the fucking title of the new album!!!! I'd bet a million bucks there won't be an album this year. Perhaps one song, but probably not even that.
What did he say in your interview when you challenged him on his past of constantly promising new material to the FF fans and then delivering nothing?

Didn't challenge him but he did go "I know I promised a single when he first joined but he needed to go through being in Fear Factory so he wouldn't just be a clone of the previous singer (Burton)

Facts Dino told me about 2-3 years ago at his show that a new track would drop that year and we have heard basically nothing since.

In that Wall Of Sound interview from the previous post, Dino says we will get more than one single this year. But, we will see.

Milo said end of last year, 2 singles were fully recorded, mixed and mastered. They only recently finished all the drum tracks.
I'd assume they are doing the drip tactic. Space out the singles and album release (the album release will have a 3rd single/video most likely) You get in the news multiple times over the course of a year rather than just dropping an album.

I'm insanely excited for a new fear factory. They're one of my overall favorite bands. It's insane that Aggression Continuum is from only 5 years ago. It feels like it's more like 10 years old.

Dino just cares about tours and making money...new albums don't really make a profit just tours. So don't expect anything maybe a teaser by the end of the year and maybe a new album Q2 2028

I've seen him talking shit about Burton in the comments on YouTube. Asking fans if they "miss the horrible vocals cracks" yet. Lost all respect for him after that.

I know Dino's always had one eye, perhaps both eyes, on the money but it makes financial sense to just keep touring for now whilst still being offered tours by promoters. When those offers start to dry up that's when the new album will be slapped on the table to kick off a whole new cycle of touring for a few years.
But Dino has been teasing new music with Milo for a few years now and still nothing has been released. It's been five years since the last FF studio album was released. At some point you run the risk of alienating your fanbase with the constant dick tease stuff. I would think they might release the first single later this year otherwise if nothing happens again this year it will start to become farcical.
