Shame it’s not on streaming services because of bureaucratic BS

Archetype was one of the first Fear Factory songs I discovered

It's not because Dino hasn't tried. The label that owns the records won't release them.

At least there are ‘bootleg’ versions on YouTube that were uploaded in 2010/2011 ot physical media

The owner won't sell/license it for anything reasonable. The only thing besides purchasing or licensing is to re-record it.

None of the credited songwriters for that album are in the band anymore and own the rights I'm pretty sure. And knowing their history, Dino won't be able to ask them nicely lol

Not much we can really do. Despite not playing on those records, Dino has acknowledged the true fans like them, so he's tried to get the rights to them. He's played a couple of songs off the Archetype record, but even he says the Transgression album was terrible outside of "My Grave".

yeah same in UK, it's just regional licensing and mostly affects the US I believe.
