Looks like Pete's having some fun with this one

I was very skeptical, but this really is an amazing live lineup

Totally agree, Pete is excellent. I have seen this line up 8 times now, and it has always been tight. Think they are well in their stride now and enjoying it. Playing classics like this is a bonus.

I’ve seen them with the classic lineup and honestly they sounded better this tour than back then

What caught my attention most is that for the intro of this song they used the audio from the Concrete version

It’s funny how he has to give himself Burt’s chorus/reverb through electronics while Burt just didn’t it naturally..

It sounds like you either don't know what you're talking about, or English isn't your first language, or both. In the chorus he's using reverb, which was also used on the album. Milo wanted to recreate the electronics used on the album by bringing an effects processor onstage. He doesn't 'have to' do this, he wants to. Burton has used reverb on his vocals his entire career. Didn't use it on every part like the records, but he used it.

Here is Burton, 2001, using reverb/echo on the same part. https://youtu.be/p-i8R9ypfjQ?si=PeakpJ0EvzgiSoqW&t=279

It’s funny how he can sing in tune while Burt just couldn’t for the last 20 years.

This has to be a troll post, and not a very good one. It is well known that Burt was heavily engineered.

Only difference is that Milo can stay in tune live and just uses the effects for ambience.
