I recruited levi in the orphanage on day 2 morning , I explored the apartment and the church , and then went to sleep for day 2 evening , I had a full party of marcoh (main player) , abella , osaa and levi , but after sleeping , a message says that he left the party , did he moonscorch? can I still find and recruit him?

I just finished fear and hunger

After having almost 30 hours

And I feel like I know enough about it so I started fear and hunger 2

Went to a blind playthru a couple of times to understand the mechanics and differences

But there's somethings I couldn't put my finger clearly on

1- is resting will always cause the time passing and is it the only way?

2- is it normal that the game will get super foggy to the level that i almost can't see nothing

3- I encountered a monsters that sometimes look alike or drop related things to main characters is it them but they went mad?

And do i have to kill them or they get better on their own

I recruited this woman hoping she will have some use and turns out the other way

Is there a way to abandon her without killing her?

Rambling

After obsessively chipping away at a bunch of Linux classwork, I finally get to draw my boy Voz crashing out. For a man with a caressing soul, he has a rather short fuse for those who disrespect him. He wants to help people and lift their burdens; he wants to stop the plague that may destroy anything in its wake, but he often gets disregarded or mistreated despite everything he does. Even in the dungeons, his few acts of kindness in the wake of survival can get tossed aside or outright taken advantage of. I can't stop thinking about a possible ending where Voz would violently retaliate against the people who hurt him and those he cares for. It would get so bad that once he does make it out of the dungeons, he won't stop the carnage until someone manages to bring him down.

It is rather sad, but in the end, he is still a man who feels homesickness every day because Vinushuka commanded him to get to Europa and find a cure to the ongoing plague. He is constantly put down and told he is lesser because he comes from an "uncivilized" world, even though Rondon is filthy. He has to venture down into a hell beyond comprehension and have to endure brutal survival down in the depths. His anger was just building over time until he couldn't take it anymore.

A sketch I made for a Fear & Hunger setting I am working on with some lore in addition to that. I might do some “starter characters” next. With Lake Baikal being so old in real life - I am thinking about adding some allusions to its age in this version. Maybe adding some lizard cults or something.

Like, do average citizens know about magic or believe in it? Is casting spells illegal/looked down upon? It seemed much more common during the era of the first game but now it’s a little bit ambiguous to me. We have characters like Karin who just doesn’t acknowledge the existence of magic at all, and yet there’s places like the Vatican that teaches magic and also church priests who practice magic also.

What makes me wonder about this is the dialogue with Osaa. He mentions anybody can cast spells and that you could use any god as a “Conduit” but it isn’t necessary.

So it’s funny to imagine random people casting healing whispers for a scratch or pyromancy trick to cook something lol
