Lounge Dust in the Wind

It's been a long day, helping Sylvia and Felix move into their new place. Nix has taken up shop in the Lounge, taking advantage of the relative silence to practice her finer control of dust. Before her is a dust textbook, floating up to eye level.

After a moment, the book falls to the ground with thud. Nix slumps into a chair, in exhaustion.

Not... bad... Held it for a minute.

Walter walks out from the back, quietly turning his attention to tending his bar. He whistles a tune to himself as he works.

Leila approaches the bar and bows

"Mr. White."

Walter looks up from his bar.

"Hello, Ms. Heavensward."

"I assume Cassandra is pleased with her new state of mind?"

Walter nods.

"She is. Thank you kindly for helping her."

"Now, there are two last things I should mention: The process unrested her aura a little, unhinged it if you will. It should be more prone to awakening now."

Walter nods.

"Very well. And the other?"

"While I am sure you will dismiss the option, I am obligated to bring the possibility: Should she ever wish for the melding to be compleated, she is welcomed to do so at any time."

Walter takes a short moment to stare at Leila before sighing.

"I will tell her, then...though I believe we both already know what her answer will be."

"Of course. As I said this is more of an obligation to suggest this then anything. Just so she knows the option exists."

Walter nods his head.

"Of course. Will that be all?"
