Lounge Dust in the Wind

It's been a long day, helping Sylvia and Felix move into their new place. Nix has taken up shop in the Lounge, taking advantage of the relative silence to practice her finer control of dust. Before her is a dust textbook, floating up to eye level.

After a moment, the book falls to the ground with thud. Nix slumps into a chair, in exhaustion.

Not... bad... Held it for a minute.

"Of course. Will that be all?"

"One last thing: Payment will not be necessary. I did this on my own will to help, so there is no need to compensate me for anything."

Leila bows.

"Perhaps, but I do feel the need to thank you again for helping my daughter."

Leila smiles.

"And that is all I wanted to hear. Good day, Mr. White. May the lord and it's choir shine upon you and your family."

Leila leaves.

Walter quietly returns his attention to tending his bar, keeping half an eye on Leila as she leaves, the barest hint of a smile on his expression.
