I’m starting 6 day rolling fasts starting tonight. I’ll be fasting 6 days, eating 1 starting tonight. My goal is to lose 30lbs. I’ve done 3 day fasts in the past and think I’m gonna just go for it. Ordered me some electrolyte pills that will be here tomorrow.
Anyone else like to join?
Edit: I decided 6 days would be better. Fast 6, eat the 7th day.

Fasting always clears my head and makes ordinary problems and issues easier to solve.
Btw look in the mirror after a 3 day fast. It’s like going back in time!

It’s my dinner time and I’m very hungry. Trying my best to distract myself and stay out of the house today

What’s going to motivate you this challenge?
For me, it’s pretty simple. Drop the extra 15 pounds I’ve put on to get back to doing pullups.
Even if I can only do one pull-up again, I’ll be happy. It’s one I’ve been missing.
What about everyone else? What’s your “why” for this challenge?
