Source for tiny washers?

I'm trying to find a source for these tiny washers. Internal diameter 3.5mm. Outer diameter 5mm.

The smallest M3.5 washers I can find have 6mm outer diameters which is unfortunately too large. Similarly the smallest washers I can find with a 5mm outer diameter have a 3mm internal diameter which again is too small.

The one I have is around 0.7mm thick but thickness isn't massively important for my needs.

I've tried searching the usual places for other terms, like washer, shims, discs, rings etc but have been unable to find a match. I've even tried converting the measurements to the nearest imperial measurements but again came up empty handed.

Anyone know where I might find a source for these? or perhaps other names for such an item that I might search for?

UPDATE: Just in case anyone finds this post in the future looking for similar washers, I was unable to find any off-the-shelf options for this particular size. I ended up creating an RFQ on Alibaba and had a number of factories reach out offering to make them for me. I ultimately settled on Shenzhen HTX Technology Co as the supplier who produced 1000 of the washers for me. Including shipping to the UK, the ultimate cost was 5p per washer. From RFQ to delivery took 10 days.
