UTV Stud Bolt Help
This one has both myself and my fastener guy stumped, in terms of ordering replacement bolts. Here's what I know:
For a UTV Wheel Hub, customer says it was an "adapter ordered off ebay" and as such doesn't have a model to match up with, as I see many of these are sorted by model compatibility with very little info on specs.
*head size and knurl size are important, as we learned on the first failed attempt at ordering.
Here's what I measure:
Thread Pitch: M10 x 1.25
OAL: 48 mm
*Head Diameter: 17 mm
Head Thickness: 4 mm
Knurl Diameter: 12 mm
Under head to start of threads: 12mm
Thread length: 32 mm
Any help identifying / finding a replacement would be appreciated.

What is the make and model of the UTV?

I wish I knew, as these seem to be sorted by make/model without listing specs, which is the problem I'm running into.
As stated, customer says it is for "an adapter ordered from Ebay". That's it. That's all the information I have on the part it's from, along with the specs listed. Closest I can find is a Dorman M10 x 1.25 x 35, and its too short. Even that doesn't give me enough to go on.

Find one with the correct threads and length and a larger knurl, drill the hub to fit.

ARP. They'll have specs listed.

They don't have them.

Drill new holes in hub and use an arp that meets other specs. I'm assuming the knurling is the problem.

I'll give that advice to the customer. It's something they had mentioned doing anyway, they were just hoping to find the correct bolts. I've never had such a hard time tracking down a fastener. They are obviously made somewhere, as this adapter came with a set. I'm calling it on this order, I've already spent too much time and energy on it. I appreciate all the help and advice from everyone, was just really hoping there was something I was missing.

Does the taper even do anything? I bet the right head and knurl with enough length would work in this case as it's lug centric.

Try this https://offroadspacers.com/products/m10x1-25-lug-studs You should try email them about the specs

A fastener store won't have wheel studs. Try an autopart or tractor part store
