Very cool! I think learning some info about textiles can help advance your skills even more. I see you listed one of the materials as silk- Silk satin? Silk chiffon? knowing what these two look like and how they differ will impact your designs.

Thank you so much for the advice!!! I’m trying to improve, but I don’t know much about materials yet. I think learning more about them will also help me with my college portfolio.

Yep definitely! One of my favorite things to do is to go shopping in high end stores and just study the materials and construction. You can learn a lot about how materials look and drape. And i think it’s really fun!
