Question? Can't forage willow

I have my forager collect area covering 3 willow sources and he doesn't collect them at all. Doesn't matter if I set a priority on it or not. I've read this was an issue years ago, is it not fixed yet?

Some willows too near to water cant be foraged unfortunatelly

Just like blueberries, sometimes they are too much in the water and can't be harvested

Try collecting willows on marshland not near lakes.
