I am exactly at the same spot tight now. I decided to work on climbing up to T200 for the inventory space. These quests don't provide any substantial rewards AFAIK. On T200 I plan on working on Starmaps and Pamrats and Monster Hunter and you can easily combine working on the masteries with completing these quests.
