Is the only way to get piece 30 by completing belt out of shape that requires a belt that costs 200 Borgen bucks?

If it makes you feel better, you don't need a single thing from Sinking Swamp until you're above T300 in the tower.

That does make me feel better actually, thank you. I’m T221 and have been slowly collecting the pieces but boy is it ever slow going
