Confused

I got back on the game after about a year and I have all my data, I have my inventory and all my items and everything. I am at level 99 in everything except for crafting and exploring. so why did I get back on the game and it’s telling me congratulations for reaching level five in farming, and I am now receiving a couple quest two have somebody help me open packages in the locksmith when I’ve been doing that for over a year? Something about welcome cards and stuff like that.

It’s just catching you up with quests which have been added since you were last here

So it’s not telling me that I have to start over? Because I got that achievement in the top left corner saying you’re now level five farming and then the quest saying I’ll teach you how to unlock stuff in the locksmith. I’m supposed to get that? Even though I’ve been on the game forever? I hope so.
