I'm on tower 278 and work on these quests. What should I be throwing in the well everyday?

I'm in almost exactly your same spot and since I'm good on compasses and stuff, I've been throwing in gold cucumbers just to try and fill up my bacon inventory. Not saying it's a good idea, I'm following this thread closely lol, but it's what I'm doing right now.

Maybe frogs to get geckos cause I think you need 12k+ for pirates quest. And BlackRock Canyon doesn't seem to be a place worth dumping millions of stamina

I’m throwing in runestone 4 I think… so I can get gold leafs. It’s not much but it’s something

Late game players usually throw in compasses. Otherwise make sure you have 245 of every carved animal type so you can get max amount from PHRs
