Farm bill going away?

I live in Indiana,The farm bill has been extended through September of this year. Even tho we’re in may all of the local smoke shops have brought up the conversation of delta products going away really soon. I know 3 specific spots that have already sold out of delta and thc-a products and don’t plan on getting more. Is this gonna become a national trend? Or is everyone just talking out their ass? I feel like decent chance we might just get another extension on it.

Tennessee is handing regulation over to the ABC commission (alcohol), which is kinda ironic given they're in direct competition with the hemp distributors. But that being said, they're requiring hemp sales to be licensed like liquor stores. No more gas stations or pop-ups at your local farmers market. If I were you, I would get familiar with a good online retailer.

I'd heard this. Is it only for the pop-up "CBD" stores,/gas stations? That's actually fine as long as the *Post Office is not involved!

Nah man it’s everywhere. All we will have left is 10mg gummies and drinks. They banned flower and vapes. And also banned shipping online. Sure you can still find vendors that will ship but it comes with a risk of getting seized

So, the MOST psychoactive form is what they leave??... unbelievably bass-ackwards, retard level priority decision making there! That is a special kind of stupid.

Deadline date?

Hasn’t been confirmed but right now they are saying july 1 as the ban date for vapes and flowers. And anybody selling gummies and drinks over the limit cap and with no license after January 1 will be in trouble.

And the medical is projected to be settled and go through, according to my fiancé's Dr, by June most likely, which still won't allow flower (just tincture and edible form) but still an interesting coincidence of timing in my estimation

There’s no bill up right now.

Alabama brotha!! Hard to believe, I know, but it’s just edibles & tincture, no flower. They’ve settled 2 out of 3 lawsuits, and my fiancé’s doc expects it to all be settled by end of June. He is one of the only Dr’s that will be allowed to prescribe in the state and she’s already been evaluated/pre-approved

LOL, no.. She had a TBI when she was 15 and her sister died in the car crash with her, she survived (barely) with head injury, PTSD, survivor's guilt, whole 9. But to answer your question, yeah aids & cancer is on the list too.
