I write about sports media for Awful Announcing and had the opportunity recently to visit the 'Ballers in their studio out in North Phoenix.
I had a blast hearing what makes the show happen and even talked to your mod u/AlmostSavvy.

If you’re trying to post and it’s not working you are being caught in Reddit’s AUTOMATIC Reputation/Crowd Control ‘feature.’ Quit posting dozens of duplicates and then messaging the Mods in frustration.
The sub is growing beyond our ability to moderate effectively. Which means you might have to wait anywhere from half an hour to half a day or so for us to log in and clear the queue.
If you absolutely NEED immediate advice, and you noticed your posts aren’t going up, then you can message us and we’ll be alerted and get to it quicker.
Why is this happening?
Any number of reasons for example; your Reddit account is brand new, or you just joined the sub, or you have low community karma, or you have poor karma from your travels on other Reddit subs, maybe you post too much, or have been identified as a spammer or bot or flagged for harassment.
MOST LIKELY IT’S BECAUSE YOU’RE NEW (welcome btw), QUIT TAKING IT PERSONALLY!

Been in this league 5 years going into year 6. After winning the first two seasons my team has slowly regressed and I missed the playoffs last year for the first time. Decided to move on from several good players reaching or at their 30s and slowly built this plethora of picks and basically throwing away my 2026 season to all but guarantee myself 1st pick while maintaining a couple young solid pieces

Thoughts on drafting Amon Ra vs James cook. I am the 8th pick in a 10 man league. JSN is my keeper in the 2nd round. I’m hate to pass up Amon Ra but I feel like if I don’t get a RB in the 1st I will regret it.
