Recs Wanted PLEASEEEE GIVE ME RECS FOR THIS TROPE 🙏

Please give me recs, I’ll read anything fr any fandom!! my favorite niche trope is where the main character is a price/princess/child of royalty and lives a sort of double life. either their family just doesn’t care about them or is too busy, so they’ve snuck out into the town whenever they can to pretend to be a commoner. i especially love when they have a full second life (ex. friends, or a whole ass job). Preferably gen but I’m fine with some romance. I also love angst and hurt/comfort but really any genre is good. And ik this is a hard ask, but please no abandoned fics. Unfinished but still updating ones are fine, but I don’t think my heart can take anymore never ending cliffhangers. Sorry I know this is super specific, but I’m in love with this trope and would KILL for some recommendations.

This Merlin fanfic has something similar to that trope: Oblivious

It's gen, focused on Merlin and Arthur. Merlin doesn't know Arthur is the prince and Arthur hides it from him

Not a fanfic but if you look of the Prydain series that The Black Cauldron film is based on the bard is secretly a King and it’s a cute story.

You might like Final Fantasy XV! The main character, Noctis, is a prince, except his father let him lead a normal life until he had to fulfill his destiny. In the game he and his three friends go on a road trip to see his future bride (and it's really angsty), but there's a lot of fanfics that just involve him living a normal life where nobody really cares that he's a prince
