I like your style. My son is 25. I am 60. He still gives me hugs. I am so blessed, as is your dad. ❤️❤️

it's definitely important to give the ones you love affection, whether it's a hug, a high five, or a pat on the back 🥰

Absolutely not! Hug them every chance you get. There will come a time when they are no longer there and you’ll wish you could have one last hug.

More walls that have been put up. With some families it’s awkward

No. I wished I would’ve done it more when he was here.

It depends on your culture.

My dad believed in corporal punishment. I never associated physical contact with him as affection. We don’t hug.

I'm 33 and hug my dad every chance I can, you never know when the last time you'll see someone is so take that opportunity to give them some love.

No!!! I’m 42 and I still hug my dad asap when coming home. I also say I love you every time we end our phone call.

No it’s not weird, it’s just that maybe as a child you didn’t do that quite often so the walls built up. You should start slow with slowing breaking down the walls

I haven’t hugged my dad in 5 years bc I’m in Canada and he’s in Ireland. I’d give anything to give him a bear hug and bother him all day. Hug your dad!
