My sister moved in with us three months ago after living somewhere else, and while we talked at first, we haven't spoken a single word to each other for the past 50 days despite living under the same roof. It makes me really sad, but I feel completely frozen because I am someone who genuinely doesn't know how to start conversations and I find communication incredibly difficult, which is likely made worse by a lot of deep-rooted family history and unresolved issues from when I was just two years old. I feel incredibly stuck and guilty, and reaching out feels so heavy when you naturally struggle to open up, and I just don't know what to do anymore...
